The Antenna Company Appoints Justin Diederix as VP of Operations #Manufacturing #VP #GlobalOperations

The Antenna Company, a specialist in the design of high-performance antennas, today announced it has appointed Justin Diederix as VP of Operations.  In this role, Justin will lead the company’s global operations team including quality, new product introduction and supply chain management, succeeding Andre van Hees who is retiring from The Antenna Company.

Justin brings 20 years of international operations experience for both scale-up and multinational corporations. Justin has an extensive background in Far-East manufacturing, procurement, supply chain management and customer service. 

Prior to joining The Antenna Company, Justin was with Samsung Group for over 10 years, in a broad range of procurement, logistics and opeations roles. Most recently, Justin held the positon of Director of the European Operations Group at Samsung SDS, where he managed a large team across Europe, making the company more effective and profitable. Justin holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the Delft University of Technology and speaks five languages.
