~ OryxAlign’s Megan Stiles wins CRN’S Rising Sustainability Star Award ~
London-based managed IT services provider OryxAlign is celebrating executive assistant and sustainability lead Megan Stiles’ win at the CRN’s Sustainability in Tech Awards 2025. Stiles received the Rising Sustainability Star Award after identifying a gap in the company’s strategy, where she comprised a formal environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policy despite having no prior experience in ESG practices.
Stiles’ triumph comes as OryxAlign prepares for B Corp certification. Having recently submitted its B Impact Assessment, Stiles led the comprehensive assessment process for OryxAlign. B Corp is a notable verification for companies reaching high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. Stiles has also recently launched an internal Sustainability and Social Impact Team (SASI) to enhance the company’s efforts.
After joining OryxAlign in 2022, Stiles has initiated various sustainability strategies. This includes the company’s first ESG policy followed by the first ESG report. Written with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, the report conveys transparent efforts like integrating ESG principles into IT services, the Carbon Reduction Plan and an Ecologi partnership.
